FAULT FINDING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem – Warp / distortion of pressure plate
Symptom – Difficulty in engagement and disengagement.
Symptom – Clutch drag
Symptom – Clutch slipping
Cause – Only clutch disc was replaced which causes partial contact .Insufficent contact of clutch friction causes slippage during heavy load.
Solution – Always replace the clutch disc , pressure plate and clutch release bearing.
Solution – Rebuilding your clutch.
