FAULT FINDING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem – Damage clutch release bearing
Symptom – Difficulty in engagement and disengagement.
Symptom – High screeching noisy sound
Cause – Driver resting foot on the clutch pedal.
Cause – Clutch slave cylinder pump wornout and not returning to original position.
Cause – Hydraulic release system defective.
Cause – Not enough travel between the clutch bearing and diaphgram spring.
Cause – Release bearing riding on the clutch diaphgraam spring.

Solution – Change clutch release bearing
