FAULT FINDING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem – Broken clutch spline hub.
Symptom – No drive
Cause – Faulty installation without centering the gearbox
Cause – Hanging gearbox / overtilted the gearbox during installation.
Cause – Not align the clutch disc and forcing the main input shaft to the spline,therefore bending the clutch disc hub towards the engine. [hanging the gearbox pull the clutch hub towards the gearbox]
Solution – Do not hang the gearbox during installation.
Solution – Do not force gearbox (input shaft) into clutch disc spline.
