FAULT FINDING AND TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problem – Non- release , crashing noise in gearbox
Problem – Distorted disc and warped disc.
Symptom – Difficulty in changing gear.

Cause – Hanging of gearbox during installation.
Cause – Not alingning clutch disc and forcing the main driveinto the spline,therefore bending the clutch disc.
Cause – Driver resting foot on the clutch pedal causing slippage and clutch being in semi disengaged position.This causes extreme heat which has warped the disc.

Solution – Do not hang gearbox during installation.
Solution – Do not force gearbox into clutch disc spline.
