“TRINITI CLUTCH“, “The Company”, “We” and “Our” hereby are referring to the same entity.

This site is wholly owned and managed by TRINITI CLUTCH. All logos, photos, contents, information and materials of this site is the sole property of “The Company”, therefore not a single instrument of the above mentioned adapted from this site being reuse in any form or by any means without “The Company”’s written consent. “The Company” reserves every right to take any legal action against individual and/or company that had unauthorisedly breach the above.

PRICES, CHARGES and PURCHASING

All prices listed in our website are not inclusive of shipping & handling (if any) charges. Shipping or handling (if any) charges will be calculated upon checkout.

The rates on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may vary from what your bank charges you according to the currency of your country. VISA and MASTERCARD are charged at the prevailing exchange rate as quoted on the day and date of transaction as per usual credit card business practice.

1. We are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after Card authorization or Bank transfer date(s). All payments are made in MYR, all refunds are made in MYR.
2. We are NOT responsible for applicable Import duties/and/or Taxes incurred into any Country; it is understood that import Tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer.
3. We are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, Strikes, Civil Commotion, Acts of War or short shipment howsoever incurred
4. We are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any Carrier for any reason
5. We are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any information from our website, pricing; and/or freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion. At our discretion, we will cancel or amend any order placed with us.
6. We reserve the right to withdraw; modify, or otherwise rescind, any quotation given at our discretion or cancel any Order at any time.
7. We reserve the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all Parts and Products offered by TRINITI CLUTCH, https://triniticlutch.com/ at any time and for any reason.
8. Pictures/photos are strictly for illustration purposes; you will receive the item that is specified for your car regardless of what is shown in the picture/photo.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders received upon confirmation of payment received will be ship within three (3) to seven (7) working days. Customers will be updated on the shipping tracking via email therefore it is a MUST for customers to provide their email address upon checking out. We do not guarantee on the delivery time. Any expected shipment dates given to customer on shipment are estimates. TRINITI CLUTCH does not refund due to delivery delay or defect cause by forwarders. In the case the ordered part is correctly delivered, there is strictly no return. Returns are non-negotiable if customer has purchased an incorrect item. In some exceptional cases, we may agree to repurchase the item with a minimal fee applied i.e. an approximate percentage (%) of around 30-40 will be charge on top of the purchase price, kindly contact us directly for further information. If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately for a solution. All items sold on our website are genuine and new part and is understandable that these are wear and tear items therefore there are no warranties written or otherwise expressed by TRINITI CLUTCH. If it proves to be manufacturer’s defect the product will be fixed or replaced by TRINITI CLUTCH and will be ship back to you at zero (0) cost.

PRICE INCREASE TOPUP, REFUNDS AND PARTS SUBSTITUTIONS

There are many parts in TRINITI CLUTCH website and even under the most stable economic conditions there will be unexpected price increases. The manufacturer has the right to raise pricing at any time for any reason, and you will be notified if this occurs during the order process. TRINITI CLUTCH is not responsible for covering any price increases that are passed from the manufacturer on the materials and will give you the option to proceed and top up, or cancel. When in doubt you can do a stock and price check before ordering from your account dashboard.

Direct Refund (if any) will refund the amount using the same payment method that the funds were received by. Applicable transfer fees will be deducted from your refund amount. We refund using Malaysian Ringgit and additional losses may occur due to exchange rate differences.

For shipping cost refunds (if any), we are unable to provide the exact amount for the shipping cost refund because this will be determined at the time of issuing the refund.

When asking for refunds and parts substitution, you may be asked to make an additional payment if the price of the new item is greater than your refund total.

For Credit Card and PayPal: Refunds (if any) will be instant, the money will be immediately removed from our account. How long it takes for you to be reimburse with the money will be depending on your financial service provider. Some are instant, some are next billing cycle, please contact your financial service provider for details.

Bank Transfer: Kindly ensure that the bank details that you provide us is correct to avoid any issues/delays when issuing your refund.
